Thanks for the shoutout! =) I am glad you found my blog!
Okay, I totally laughed out loud at your whole Santa thing, haha. Seriously, MAJOR kudos on getting rid of the chocolate. That is so, so hard. And I know exactly what you meant when you said that "there is no serving size, you just eat all of it..." So sad, but so true. That is great that you are thinking about dance class... did you ever make it to Zumba? It is very dancey. (Apparently dancey is not a word, but I'm going to pretend it is...)
That's right girlfriend, just send Santa baby right on back to the North Pole! Kick his ass right out of there! :) I'm with you with the chocolate..there IS no serving for me when it comes to Hershey Kisses etc.
Anne H. from Carb Tripper left me a comment yesterday and wrote "just walk on by, they lie.." and man, I LOVE that little line. I'm going to use that over and over.
And I agree with Lanie, I'm glad I found you too. Keep updating daily ok?? :)
I loved the commentary on Santa and the stocking of naughty. Way to go with the trips to the gym. Love the videos...I look forward to them each and every day!
What you said about WW and cooking is RIGHT ON! I have spent years doing meal replacement diets on and off (shakes and entrees) and I completely forgot how to cook. WW is going to put me on that path. Your videos are an inspiration as always and I look forward to counting points together.
Well first off, there are tons of weight loss blogs out there; I'm not the first! But I wanted to make a v+b log because I feel like if I make myself write and show about my journey and document it with pictures and videos, it will give me that much more motivation! Also, I have to admit I'm guilty of using it as an expressive place sometimes so bear with me :)
This really means a lot to me and the reason I wanted to make a blog, like I said above, is to give me that extra push. It's bad enough dealing with the personal guilt when you're off track. It's feels really bad when you get off track and others know it. I want followers for this blog for both the reasons of 1. Support and 2. another reason to stick! PLEASE FOLLOW ME!
Hope WW works for you, stick with it. Glad you got rid of the Santa junk.

You are making steps in the right direction. Good job on getting rid of the candy. One step closer to your goals!

Hi Kelly! The WW plan works as long as you work the plan! I lost the majority of my weight in early 2009 on WW. You are doing great!
