I'm excited to have found you. There is no "one size fits all" plan that works for everyone and it just may be that no one certain plan will work for you. However, as you continue to learn and grow your knowledge you will become more sure of what DOES work for you and you can build on that. <br /><br />My advice is to just keep that chart on the Wii Fit body test going in the right direction. I personally check my weight every day, but even once a week is enough. Also read read read. Geneen Roth's books have helped me a great deal and as I get to know your story I may be able to make some specific recommendations.<br /><br />For now, just know that I'm on your side and hope to help you.
